End of Week *
This date defaults to the current system date.
Accept the default or type another date to use as the last day of your
reporting week using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or, use the Calendar
icon to select a date.
All leasing activity shown on this report takes
place during the week ending on the date entered in this field. Any status
information is computed as of this date.
The report displays the following information for each
selected property for the week ending on the End of Week date:
Property Name
The name of the selected property.
Total Units
The total number of units for the property, excluding
wait list units.
Leased This Week
The number of units leased during the reporting
week.
Cancelled/Denied Leases
The number of leases cancelled or denied in the
reporting week.
Net Lease
The total number of leases minus the number of
cancelled and denied leases.
Total units Occupied
The total number of units occupied as of the end
of the week date.
% Occupied
The percentage of units occupied as of the end
of the week date.
Total Units Leased
The total number of units leased as of the end
of the week date.
% Leased
The percentage of units leased as of the end of
the week date.
Move-Ins
The number of move-ins for the reporting week.
Move-Outs
The number of move-outs for the reporting week.
Vacant Ready
The number of units that are vacant but are ready.
% Ready
The percentage of vacant units that are ready.
Total Vacant
The total number of vacant units.
Vacant Leased
The number of vacant leased units.
Notices Recd
The number of notices received during the reporting
week.
Notices Cancelled
The number of notices cancelled during the reporting
week.
Total Notices
Total number of units on notice.
Notice Leased
Total units on notice that are already leased.
% Exposure
The percentage of exposure for the week, as calculated
with the following formula:
% Exposure =
(Total Leased - Total Notices + Notice Leased) / Total Units X 100
Total Traffic
Total traffic in the reporting week.
