property and week ending date. All status information is computed as of
the date entered in the End of Week date field
on the Weekly Boxscore Report Tab.
Information on this report can be tied out other eSite
reports if those reports are run for the same date range.
The Vacant Ready field on this
report cannot be tied out to the Vacant Available
field on the Leasing Summary Report because this report calculates this
number differently.
The Vacant Ready field on this
report includes the unit occupancy statuses, Vacant
Application Pending and Vacant
Leased in its calculation of that field.
The Vacant Available field on
the Leasing Summary Report includes the unit occupancy status Vacant
Available only.
