This report is a summary of leasing activity for a selected property and date range and includes a supporting detail section. It is recommended that this report be run on a weekly basis to verify your leasing status.

End of Week *
This date defaults to the current system date. Accept the default or enter another date to use as the last day of your reporting week using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
All leasing activity shown on this report takes place during the week ending on the date entered in this field. Any status information is computed as of this date.

The information included under this section is listed with one line for every unit type defined in the currently selected property.
Type
The unit type. For instance, 1B/1B.
# of Apts
Count of units on the selected property, excluding Construction units.
Move-Ins
Count of units with a resident having an actual Move-In date during the reporting week.
This number ties to the Leasing Summary Report, Daily Traffic section, Total Move-Ins field.
It also ties to the Marketing Status Report, Weekly Leasing Activity section, Move-Ins This Week field.
Lastly, it ties to the Property Status Report, Activity Section, Move-Ins field.
Move-Outs
Count of units with a resident having an actual Move-Out date during the reporting week.
This number ties to the Leasing Summary Report, Daily Traffic section, Total Move-Outs field.
It also ties to the Marketing Status Report, Weekly Leasing Activity section, Move-Outs This Week field.
Lastly, it ties to the Property Status Report, Activity section, Move-Outs field.
Net Change
The difference between the total count of Move-Ins and the total count of Move-Outs during the reporting week.
This number is calculated as Move-Ins – Move-Outs = Net Change.
Occup
Count of units with a status of Occupied, Notice Available, Notice Pending or Notice Leased during the reporting week.
% Occup
This number is calculated as Occup/# of Apts X 100 = % Occup.
Vacant Leased
Count of units with a status of Vacant Leased, excluding Down units.
Vacant Not Lsd
Count of units with a status of Vacant Available, or Vacant Pending, excluding Down units.
Total Vacant
This number is calculated as Vacant Leased + Vacant Not Lsd = Total Vacant.
This number ties to the Marketing Status Report, Available to Rent section, Vacant field.
It also ties to the Property Status Report, Occupancy section, Total Vacant field.
Vacant Ready
Count of units where the unit is vacant (with a status of Vacant Available, Vacant Pending or Vacant Leased) and has an Actual Make Ready Date entered that is during or prior to the reporting week and is after the unit Vacate Date.
Notice Leased
Count of units with an occupancy status of Notice Leased, excluding Down units.
This number ties to the Occupancy & Availability Report, Total On-Notice Leased field.
Notice Not Lsd
Count of units with an occupancy status of Notice Available, or Notice Pending, excluding Down units.
This number ties to the Occupancy & Availability Report, Total On-Notice Available + On-Notice Applied.
Model
Count of units with a status of Model.
Down
Count of units with a status of Down.
Const
Count of units with a status of Construction.
Other Use
Count of units with a status of Other.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
Leasing (Excluding Waiting Lists)
The information included in this section excludes units and/or leases for Wait List units.
Type
The unit type. For instance, 1B/1B.
# of Apts
Count of units on the selected property.
This Week
Apps
Count of applications with an application date during the reporting week.
Cancel
Count of applications with a cancellation date during the reporting week. If the application became a lease during the reporting week, it is excluded from this count.
Denial
Count of application with a denial date during the reporting week. If the application became a lease during the reporting week, it is excluded from this count.
Net Apps
This number is calculated as Apps This Week – Cancel This Week – Denial This Week = Net Apps.
This Week
Lease
Count of leases this week based on policy where applications received have an application date during the reporting week, security deposits received have a received date during the reporting week, applications approved have an approval date during the reporting week, leases signed have a signed date during the reporting week, and move-ins have a move-in date during the reporting week.
Cancel
Count of leases with a cancelation date during the reporting week and Cancel is selected for the reason for canceling.
Denial
Count of leases with a denial date during the reporting week and Denial is selected for the reason for denying.
Net Lease
This number is calculated as Lease This Week – Cancel This Week – Denial This Week = Net Lease.
Total Apps
Total count of residents with an Applicant status.
This number ties to the Marketing Status Report, Weekly Leasing Activity section, Outstanding Apps – Wait List Apps.
Leased %
This number is calculated as Total Leased/# of Apts X 100.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
The information included in this section only include units and/or leases for Wait List units.
Type
The unit type. For instance, 1B/1B.
# of Apts
Count of units on the selected property.
This Week
Apps
Count of applications with an application date during the reporting week.
Cancel
Count of applications with a cancellation date during the reporting week. If the application became a lease during the reporting week, it is excluded from this count.
Denial
Count of application with a denial date during the reporting week. If the application became a lease during the reporting week, it is excluded from this count.
Net Apps
This number is calculated as Apps This Week – Cancel This Week – Denial This Week = Net Apps.

Count of leases this week based on policy where applications received have an application date during the reporting week, security deposits received have a received date during the reporting week, applications approved have an approval date during the reporting week, leases signed have a signed date during the reporting week, and move-ins have a move-in date during the reporting week.

Notices Gives
Count of leases with a Notice to Vacate or Intent to Transfer given during the reporting week.
Notices Cancel
Count of leases with a canceled Notice to Vacate or Intent to Transfer given during the reporting week.
Net Notices
This number is calculated as Notices Given This Week – Notices Cancel This Week = Net Notices.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
The information included in this section lists leases with an application date or transfer date (if policy is set to count transfers as applications) if those dates are during the reporting week.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Name
The primary occupant name.
Actual Rent
The sum of all active recurring charges (converted to monthly) where the income code Potential flag is set to Y. Active charges are determined based on the Expected Move-In date.
Market Rent
The unit market rent. Market Rent is the unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.
Expected Move In Date
The date the resident expects to move into the unit, or the date the resident canceled their application or transfer.
Security on Hand
The amount of security deposit (subject to minimum) received from the applicant. Typically this amount is used to hold for damages or the like when the resident vacates the unit.
Other on Hand
The amount of other security deposit received from the applicant. Typically this amount is used to hold for damages or the like when the resident has a pet occupying the unit with them.
Marketing Source/Leasing Agent
The marketing source used to identify how the resident first heard about your property.
The name or ID of the leasing agent responsible for accepting the application for lease.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
The information included in this section lists leases whose dates (as determined by policy) are set to count transfers as leases, and whose intent to transfer date occurs during the report date range.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Name
The primary occupant name.
Actual Rent
The sum of all active recurring charges (converted to monthly) where the income code Potential flag is set to Y. Active charges are determined based on the Expected Move-In date.

Expected Move Out Date
The date the resident plans to vacate the unit.
Reason
The reason the resident gave for moving.

If the resident canceled their intent to vacate, this is the date the request was submitted.
Expected Transfer Date
If the resident is moving as a result of a transfer to another unit, this is the date they plan to move from the old unit to the new unit.
Transfer Cancel Date
If the resident canceled their intent to transfer, this is the date the request was submitted.
Transfer To
If the resident is transferring to a new unit, this is the unit number of that unit.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
The information in this section includes leases with a move-out date during the reporting week.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Name
The primary occupant name.
Move Out Date
The date the resident actually vacated the unit.
Reason
The reason the resident submitted for moving. For instance, to move closer to work.
Total
Column totals are listed for each.
Canceled/Denied Applications This Week
The information in this section includes all applications with a cancelation date in the current week. If the applicant became a lease (based on policy) during this week, they are not included in this count.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Name
The primary occupant name.
Cancel/Denial
The date the applicant canceled their application or the date it was denied.
Type
The type is listed as cancel or denial.
Reason
The reason the applicant gave for canceling their application or the reason it was denied. For instance, their reason for canceling may be the unit was too costly, therefore, Too Expensive may be listed. Or, the reason for denial may have been the applicant did not meet the property's minimum income requirements, therefore Did not meet income requirements may be listed.

The information in this section includes all leases with a cancelation date in the current week.

The date the applicant canceled their lease or the date it was denied.
Type
The type is listed as cancel or denial.
Reason
The reason the applicant gave for canceling their lease or the reason it was denied. For instance, their reason for canceling may be the unit was too costly, therefore, Too Expensive may be listed. Or, the reason for denial may have been the applicant did not meet the property's minimum income requirements, therefore Did not meet income requirements may be listed.
The information in this section includes all leases with a notice cancel date or an intent to transfer cancel date in the current week.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Name
The primary occupant name.
Cancel
The date the applicant/resident canceled their application or lease or submitted their request to cancel their intent to transfer.
Code
The identifying code associated with the reason for cancelation or denial. For instance, TE (Too Expensive).
Type
The type is listed as Cancel or Denial.
Reason
The reason the applicant gave for canceling their lease or the reason it was denied. For instance, their reason for canceling may be the unit was too costly, therefore, Too Expensive may be listed. Or, the reason for denial may have been the applicant did not meet the property's minimum income requirements, therefore Did not meet income requirements may be listed.
Count
Count of cancelations or denials listed per code.
Code
The identifying code associated with the reason for move-out. For instance, RC.
Reason
The reason the resident submitted for moving. For instance, Roommate Change.
Count
Count of move-outs listed per code.
The information in this section includes all units with a status of Vacant Available, Vacant Pending, or Vacant Leased, excluding Wait List units.
Type
The unit type + sub-type of the vacant unit. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Apt
The building + unit number of the vacant unit. For instance, 01-A101.
The information in this section includes all units with at least one resident with a status of Notice or Transfer Out.
Type
The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.
Apt
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Expected Move-Out Date
The date the on-notice or intent to transfer resident plans to vacate the unit.
Reason
The reason the on-notice or intent to transfer resident submitted for wanting to move.
Expected Move-In Date
If the on-notice unit has an application, lease or transfer in assigned, then this is the date the new resident plans to move into the unit.
# Days Vacant
The estimated number of days the unit expects to be vacant.
This number is calculated as the number of days between the Expected Move-Out and Expected Move-In dates (adjusted by policy for the day of the move-out is counted as occupied).
Vacancy Loss
The estimated amount of vacancy loss, calculated as Market Rent/30 X # of Days Vacant = Vacancy Loss.
