report for each property selected. Or, uncheck to print a combined report
listing all units and residents for all properties.
Include Current Residents
Accept the checked default to include residents
with a Current status. Or, uncheck to exclude.
Include Applicants
Accept the checked default to include applicants
with an Applicant status. Or, uncheck to exclude.
Include Responsible Occupants
Accept the checked default to include occupants
who are financially responsible for leasing the unit. Or, uncheck to exclude.
Include Non-Responsible Occupants
Accept the checked default to include occupants
who are not financially responsible for leasing the unit. Or, uncheck
to exclude.
Include Guarantors
Accept the unchecked default to exclude guarantors,
who are financially responsible for leasing the unit but are not occupants.
Or, check to include.
Include Waiting List Applicants
Accept the unchecked default to exclude applicants
with a Wait List status. Or, check to include.
Include Cancelled Applicants
Use the drop-down to determine when to if and
when applicants with a Canceled status should be included. Options include:
Always, Sometimes or Never.
- Always—always
include cancelled applicants regardless of their balance.
- Sometimes—only
include cancelled applicants with a balance due.
- Never—(default)
never include cancelled applicants regardless of their balance.
Include Previous Residents
Use the drop-down to determine when to if and
when residents with a Previous status should be included. Options include:
Always, Sometimes or Never.
- Always—always
include previous residents regardless of their balance.
- Sometimes—only
include previous residents with a balance due.
- Never—(default)
never include previous residents regardless of their balance.

Name
The primary occupant name (for example, Sandy
Smith).
Apt
The building + unit number (for example, 01-A101).
Status
The resident
status (for example, Current).
Home Phone
The occupant's home telephone number or alternate
number used as their primary home telephone contact.
Office Phone
The occupant's work telephone number or alternate
number used as their primary work telephone contact.
Email
The occupant's e-mail address from Lease
Changes—Occupant
Demographics—Address
. If the occupant's e-mail address is not available,
the source is the primary contact's e-mail address from Lease
Changes—Addresses—Contact Details.
