A - Applicant
C - Current
F - For Sale
I - Transfer In
L - Leased
N - On Notice
P - Previous
R - Resale Pending
T - Transfer Out
V - Approved
X - Cancelled
1 - Resale Applicant
2 - Resale Approved
3 - Resale Leased
