Select Budget Version Tab

This tab displays when you select the Lookup icon

beside a Budget Version ID field. Use this tab to select a budget version.

Some or all of the following fields appear on the select page:

Selected Company

The company for which you are selecting the budget version.

Cancel

Click to exit without saving changes.

Find

Use this button to locate a Budget Version ID.

Grid

Budget Version ID

The identification for the budget version. This identification appears on lists and in reports. Click this column title to sort the list.

Description

The description for the budget version.

Year

The year for the budget version. Click this column title to sort the list.

Source

The source of the budget version.

From the Select EntityCompany drop-down list, confirm that the selected EntityCompany is correct. If necessary, select another EntityCompany from the drop-down list. Selections appearing on this list are established on the Entities Tab Setup Setup Companies Tab.
Use the Find Button to locate the budget version ID that you want to use.
Click the budget version identification. The budget version identification displays in the Budget Version ID field on the previous tab.
