Security Overview

Security is used to establish access to properties and entities (Standard Setup) or companies (Simplified Setup) per user or per group. For more information on Standard vs. Simplified setup, refer to the Setup Introduction topics for eFinancials or ePO.

Other security options such as establishing database access, creating roles, groups or users and setting permissions are set up in the System module. Refer to System Help (System—Security) for more information.
