User Property Access Grid
Make the following menu selection to display the grid:
eFinancials—Setup—Security—User
Property Access or
ePO—Setup—Security—User
Property Access
Use this grid to manage user access to
properties.
Fields
The following fields and buttons appear on the grid.
User Property Access Tab
Find Button
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one
displays), and then select the Find button.
The items that most closely match your entry display in the grid below.
Click column titles to sort the list further.
Page Field and Go Button
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
User ID
The user identification. Click a User ID to edit
the property access rights for the user.
To Grant Property Access Rights to a User
- From the User
Property Access grid, click the user ID to select the user whose access
you want to edit. The Property Access Rights grid appears.
- From the Select
column on the Property Access
Rights grid, click the check box for each property you want to grant
access rights to for the user.
- Click Done.
