User Company Access Grid
Make the following menu selection to display the grid:
eFinancials—Setup—Security—User
Company Access or
ePO—Setup—Security—User
Company Access
Use this grid to manage user access to
companies for Simplified Company Setup.
Fields
Find Button
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one
displays), and then select the Find button.
The items that most closely match your entry display in the grid below.
Click column titles to sort the list further.
Page Field and Go Button
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
User ID
The user identification. Click a User ID to edit
the company access rights for the user.
To
Grant Company Access Rights to a User
- From the User
Company Access grid, click the User ID to select the user whose access
you want to edit. The Company Access Rights grid displays.
- From the Select
column on the Company Access Rights grid, click the check box for each
company you want to grant access rights to for the user.
- Click Done.
The Dashboard displays.
