Group Property Access Grid
Make the following menu selection to display the grid:
eFinancials—Setup—Security—Group
Property Access or
ePO—Setup—Security—Group
Property Access
Use this grid to manage access to properties for predefined
groups.
Fields
The following fields and buttons appear on the grid.
Find Button
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one
displays), and then select the Find button.
The items that most closely match your entry display in the grid below.
Click column titles to sort the list further.
Page Field and Go Button
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
Group Name
The group identification. Click a group name to
edit the property access rights for the group.
To Grant Property Access Rights to a Group
- From the Group
Property Access grid, click the Group Name to select the group whose access
you want to edit. The Property Access Rights tab appears.
- From the Selected
column on the Property Access
Rights grid, click the check box for each property you want to grant
access rights to for the group.
- Click Done.
