Work Order Notifications

Work order notifications are e-mails that are sent out as reminders for work orders that are due and/or over due. If notifications are set up on the property Notifications Tab, Begin of Day processing generates and sends the e-mails.

When notification emails are generated and sent, the system creates the report Work Order Notification Email List. In addition, the system updates the Last BOD Date field on the property General Tab with the date entered in the Run Begin of Day As Of field.
