Begin of Day Tab
Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eService—Processing—Begin of Day
This process generates work orders based on the recurring
work orders that are available for that date. In addition, the system
updates any snap-ins related to work orders.
Note
The Begin of Day date is set to the Login date. It is
not based on the Current Property or the Current Property's last BOD date.
So, if
you don’t change your login date, the default date does not change.
Fields
Current Property
Click the Select Properties button and then select
a property for which you want to run the Begin of Day process. The BOD
process runs for all selected properties.
Note
The selected properties must qualify to
run as of the BOD date.
Run Begin of Day as of
Type the date (mm/dd/yyyy) for which you want
to run Begin of Day. Or, use the calendar icon 
to select
a date. The default date is the login
date. The process
runs once for every day from the default date to the date you enter.
Process
Click to start Begin of Day processing.
Cancel
Click to cancel without running Begin of Day processing.
