Units Overview

Units are all of the units within an eSite residential property for which you can create work orders. When you edit a unit, you have the opportunity to associate specific equipment with a specific unit, which establishes a connection between the unit and the equipment for tracking purposes.

Setting up units is required. If you plan to associate specific equipment with specific units, you must have Equipment Types and Conditions already set up so that they are available for selection.
