Conditions Overview

Conditions identify the working condition of pieces of inventoried equipment. For example, you may set up a condition of New for a new dishwasher, or Must Replace for a refrigerator that is beyond repair.

Setting up conditions is required. No prerequisites apply.

A condition drop-down list displays on the equipment General Tab when you add equipment to a unit or location. To be available for selection on that tab, the conditions must already be set up.
