User Name (link)

The user name as set up in the System module. Select the link for a User Name to edit the property access rights for the User.

Check the top check box in the column to grant access to all properties for the User. When you do, the system automatically checks all check boxes in the column.

Or uncheck the top check box in the column to deny access to all properties for the User. When you do, the system automatically unchecks all check boxes in the column.

Check the individual check box for a property to grant access to that property for the User. You can select one or more properties.

Group Name (link)

1. Select eService—Setup—Security—User Property Access. The User Access Rights page appears.
2. Locate the User that you want to add or edit rights for, using column Filters and Grid Pagination Controls if necessary to locate the User in the grid.
3. Click the User Name link to select the User whose access you want to add or edit. The Add User Access Rights page appears.
4. Click to check the box for any property that the User should have access to. Note that you can check the select all box at the top of the column and the system automatically checks all boxes in the grid.
5. Click to uncheck the box for any property that the User should not have access to. Note that you can uncheck the select all box at the top of the column and the system automatically unchecks all boxes in the grid.
6. Click Done. The Dashboard appears.
