Locations Overview

Locations are used to define common areas of the property. Once set up, a work order can be entered for a select location and individual pieces of equipment can be associated with each location. For example, you may set up a location for your gym and add a weight set or tanning bed as pieces of equipment within that location. After doing so, you can add work orders for the location or equipment within the location.

Setting up locations is optional. If you plan to associate specific equipment with specific locations, you must already have Equipment Types and Conditions set up so that they are available for selection.
