Location Tab

Make the following menu selections to display the work order report tabs:

eService—Reports—(report name)

Use this tab to select locations to include in the report.

ClosedFields

Note that this tab is available for a variety of reports.

Location Type

Select the location types for which to print the report.

All

Select this option to include all locations. If you accept the default of All, no additional fields display.

Units/Suites

Select this option to include a range of buildings and/or units. The following additional fields display when you select this location type.

From / To Bldg

Click the Lookup icon to display the Building Lookup Tab and select from and to buildings from the list.

From / To Unit

Click the Lookup icon to display the Unit Lookup Tab and select from and to units from the list.

Locations

Select this option to include a range of locations. The following additional fields display when you select this location type.

From / To Location

Click the Lookup icon to display the Select Locations Tab and select from and to locations from the list. Selections appearing on this list are established on the Locations Tab.

Cancel

Click to stop without saving changes.

Print

Click to print the report in PDF format.
