Use this tab to add locations.
Current Property
Select a current property from the drop-down list.
The system updates the grid immediately with the locations for the property
you selected..
Add
Select this button to add a location.
Find
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and
then select the Find button. The items that
are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column
titles to sort the list further.
Go
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
Location
The location name for the property. Click this
column title to sort the list.
Equipment 
Click this icon to open to add, edit, or delete
equipment records on the Equipment
Tab.
Documents
One of the following icons appears in this column:
No documents are currently stored
for the location. Click the icon to upload documents for the location.
At least one document is currently
stored for the location. Rest your mouse pointer on the icon to see the
number of documents stored. Click the icon to view, add, or delete documents.

Delete
Use this button to delete a location.
