Open Work Orders Snap-in

The Open Work Orders snap-in shows Work Orders that may require immediate attention and provides links to open the Work Orders.

This snap-in is available for all property types.

SNAP-IN COLUMNS

WO #

The Work Order number.  Click the link to open the Work Order.

Work Order Title

The title of the Work Order .

Priority

The priority of the Work Order .

Submitted

The date and time that the Work Order was submitted.

Bldg

The building associated with the Work Order .

Unit

The unit associated with the Work Order .

Location

The location associated with the Work Order .

Priority filter button

Accept the default, All, to view all open Work Order . Or make another selection to limit the Work Order by priority. Low, Medium, High, Emergency, and All are possible.

TO USE THE SNAP-IN

Sort the snap-in. Click a column title to sort the snap-in by that column.

Filter the snap-in. Use Filter Button   functionality to show only what you want to see in the snap-in. Filter buttons are located to the right of column labels.

Click a link in the WO # column to open the Work Order.

Select a Work Order priority from the Priority drop-down list. Options include All, Emergency, High, Medium, or Low priority. Only work orders with the selected priority appear in the snap-in.

Set up multiple Work Order snap-ins on the Dashboard. To allow an at-a-glance view of the Work Order with a specific priority, follow these setup instructions.

NOTE that eService saves your setup so that it is available the next time you log in.

  1. Add more than one Work Order snap-in to the Dashboard.
  2. Select a different priority for each snap-in. For example, add three snap-ins to the Dashboard and then select the status Emergency for the first snap-in, High for the second, and All for the third.
