Select a template from the drop-down list. Entries
appearing on this list are established on the .
Start Date
Enter a start date for the task using the format
mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
End Date
Enter an end date for the task using the format
mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
Frequency
Select a system-defined frequency from the drop-down
list.
Next Scheduled Date
Enter the date that the task is next scheduled
to be completed. Use the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button
to select a date. This field is updated automatically as part of begin

Last run by
This display-only field shows the ID of the user
who last ran ,
which creates recurring work orders during the processing. If you are
adding a recurring work order, this field does not display. This field

for ,
