Work Order Templates Grid
Make the following menu selections to display this grid:
eService—Work
Orders—Work
Order Templates
This grid allows you to set up templates
to create new or recurring work orders. These templates are categorized
as either Make Ready or Standard. A Make
Ready template is used to create new or recurring work orders associated
with make ready tasks. A Standard
template is used to create new or recurring work orders for all other
items.
Fields
Add
Select this button to add a work order template.
Find
This field defaults to Template;
however, if you click any underlined grid column title, the grid sorts
based on the grid column title.
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and
then select the Find button. The items that
are the nearest match to your entry display in the grid below. Click column
titles to sort the list further.
Go
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
Template
The user-assigned template
name. Click this column title to sort the list.
Type
The system-assigned template
type. The following types are possible: Standard or Make Ready. Click
this column title to sort the list.
Copy
Select this button
to create a copy of the selected template. Refer to copy
instructions later in this topic.
Delete
Use this button to delete a work order template.
