To Add a Document

  1. Locate the grid that contains the Work Orders, Inventory, Employees, Locations, Properties (eService properties only), or Units (eService properties only) for which you want to add a document.
  2. Click the Documents link or button in the Documents column.
  3. From the Documents tab, click Add Documents.
  4. From the Upload Document tab, in the Description field, type the name of the file.
  5. Type the file name to upload. Or click Browse to search for the file and select it.
  6. Click Upload Document.
