Document Types Grid

Make the following selections from the eSite menu to display this grid:

Setup—Document Types

Use this tab to manage document types. Document types must be established in order to attach documents to properties, buildings, units, or leases.

ClosedFields

Extension

The document extension (for example, .doc for Word Document). Click to view or edit the document type.

Description

A description of the document extension (for example, Word document).

Delete

Click the Delete icon to delete a document type.

Add

Click to add a document type.

Find

To locate a file extension, type the file extension and click Find.
