• The T & M Contract Type List report lists all of the T & M Contract Types that have been set up in the system for all selected EntitiesCompanies in EntityCompany ID order.
• The report shows one page per EntityCompany.
• When the user selects the options to Show Billings or Show Markups, then for each T & M Contract Type, the report also shows the options set up for Billings or Markups for each of the various T & M Contract Types set up in your system. This information is pulled from T & M Contract Types setup.
• When the user does not select to Show Billings and/or Show Markups, then those sections do not appear on the report.

Report Header

Report name (T & M Contract Types), EntityCompany name, date of report

Report Body

T & M Contract Type, Description of T & M Contract Type

T & M Billings section (if option selected) - Below is a list of items that can appear on the report; however, options not selected or applicable do not appear. Refer to T & M Contract Types setup for more information.

Print one line billing, Description, Collect T & M from Journal Entries, Billing format for non-labor entries, Billing format for labor entries, Collect T & M from Accounts Payable, Billing format for AP entries, AP Description for the billing, Collect T & M from Inventory, Billing format for Inventory entries

T & M Markups section (if option selected) - Below is a list of items that can appear on the report; however, options not selected or applicable do not appear. Refer to T & M Contract Types setup for more information.

Calculate retainage percent, Retainage Percent, Calculate discounts, Discount percent, Value Inventory for T & M Billing using, Calculate labor billing using, Cost plus percent

Select EntitiesCompanies

Click the button to open the Select pop-up to select the EntitiesCompanies you want to print on the report.

From T & M Contract Type / Thru T & M Contract Type

Use the Lookup icon for each field to enter a starting and ending entry for the range.
To run the report for only one T & M Contract Type, select the same entry for the From and Thru fields.

Show Billings

When this option is selected for the report, then the report shows T & M Billings information as set up in Jobs setup on the T & M Setup tab.

Show Markups

When this option is selected for the report, then the report shows T & M Markup information as set up in Jobs setup on the T & M Markups tab.

1. From the Job Cost menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—T & M Contract Type List.
2. Click Select EntiyCompany. Select the EntitiesCompanies for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select what you want to appear on the report. Use the Selection Criteria list for help.
4. Select one of the following report printing options: PDF Format or Create Spreadsheet.
5. Click Print. If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
