Delete EntityCompany
Make the following selections from the menu to display this tab:
eFinancials—Special—Housekeeping—Delete EntityCompany or
ePO—Special—Housekeeping—Delete EntityCompany
Use this tab to delete entitiescompanies
from eFinancials. This topic refers to deleting entities or companies,
based on whether your system is set up to use Standard
Setup or Simplified Setup.
Note
When you delete an entitycompany,
all journal entries and recurring journal entries associated with the
entitycompany
are also deleted. Also, the entitycompany
is no longer available from the Setup
Entities TabCompany
General Tab,
the Select EntitiesCompanies
Tab, or through GL inquiries.
Fields
Select EntitiesCompanies
Click to select the entitiescompanies
you want to delete. From the tab that appears, select the check box for
each entitycompany you want to delete. Or, to select all entitiescompanies,
click Select All. Then, click
Save.
Cancel
Click to cancel without running the delete process.
Process
Click to delete the entitiescompanies.
To Delete an
Entitya Company
- From the menu, select Special—Housekeeping—Delete EntityCompany.
- Click
Select EntitiesCompanies.
- From the tab that
appears, select the check box for each entitycompany
you want to delete. Or, to select all entitiescompanies,
click Select All. Then, click
Save.
- Click Process.
A confirmation message appears.
- Click OK
to confirm. A success message appears.
- Click OK.
