Accept the marked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside the Detail List radio button to print a detailed version.

Accept the unmarked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside this radio button to print a detailed version.

Summary

Unit Type

The unit type. Unit types are established in Unit Types setup. For instance, 1B/1B.

Sub-Type

The unit sub-type; pulled from Unit Types setup. For instance, Den.

Description

A brief description of the type + sub-type; pulled from Unit Types setup. For instance, One bedroom, one bath with den.

Count

Count of units of that type + sub-type for the property; pulled from Unit Types setup.

Sq Ft

Count of useable square footage; pulled from Unit Types setup

# Rms

Count of rooms set for the unit type; pulled from Unit Types setup.

# Bdrm

Count of bedrooms set for the unit type; pulled from Unit Types setup.

# Bath

Count of bathrooms set for the unit type; pulled from Unit Types setup.

Market Rent

Market Rent is the unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.

Detail

The unit type. Unit types are established in Unit Types setup. For instance, 1B/1B.

The unit sub-type; pulled from Unit Types setup. For instance, Den.

Max Roommates

The maximum number of roommates allowed to lease the unit type. State law typically governs this count. For instance, in the state of Texas, only 2 occupants are allowed to lease per bedroom.

Market Rent

Market Rent is the unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.

Renewals STD

The standard amount to increase rents by for residents who renew their lease; pulled from the Amenities Tab.

Premium MTM

The maximum dollar amount billed to resident who lease the unit type on a month-to-month basis; pulled from Unit Types setup.

Renewals Other

If additional renewals fees are charged, the standard increase amount is listed. For instance, if a penalty fee is billed to the resident for signing a 6 month vs. a 12 month lease it would be listed here.

Minimum Security

The minimum amount of security required to lease the unit type.

Market Rent Date

The date of the last recorded market rent change.

Market Rent Amount

The last recorded change in market rent.

Max Allowable Rent

The maximum allowable rent amount.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Unit Type List.
2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
