Report Printing - Format Options

The three main report printing options appear on forms throughout the Reports module. These options appear at the bottom of the form.

Procedure

To print a report, follow these general steps.

  1. Select criteria for the report. Refer to help topic for each report.
  2. Select a report format option, which appears at the bottom of the report form..
  3. Click the Display or Print button, as applicable. The report opens in your selected format.
  4. Use the capabilities of the report format to print or save the report.

Report Printing - Format Options

Acrobat Reader

Select this option to display the report in .pdf format.

Crystal Viewer

Select this option to display the report in the .rpt Crystal Viewer format.

Excel

Select this option to display a report in an .xls Excel spreadsheet.

Additional Format

Excel (with formulas)

Select this option to create an .xlsx Excel spreadsheet with actual values and excel formulas for the totals. This allows the user to easily manipulate the data.

NOTE that this option is available on select reports only.

Paper Size

The size of the paper on which the report prints appears in the print dialog box.
