Unit List

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Setup Reports—Unit List

The UnitList provides a detailed or summarized listing of unit information set up for the currently selected property or properties.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Summary List

Accept the marked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside the Detail List radio button to print a detailed version.

Detail List

Accept the unmarked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside this radio button to print a detailed version.

ClosedReport Details

Summary

Apt

The building number + unit number. For instance, 01-101.

Type

The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.

ST

The unit occupancy status. For a complete list of unit occupancy statuses, refer to Occupancy Status.

Address

The full street address where the unit is located; pulled from the Units Tab.  

Sq Ft

The square footage listed per unit.

Detail

Apt

The building number + unit number. For instance, 01-101.

Type

The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 1B/1B Den.

ST

The unit occupancy status. For a complete list of unit occupancy statuses, refer to Occupancy Status.

Address

The full street address where the unit is located; pulled from the Units Tab.

Market Rent

Market Rent is the unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.

Renewals

The standard amount to increase rents by for residents who renew their lease; pulled from the Amenities Tab.

Lost Rent

If applicable, the amount of lost rent calculated for the unit. Lost Rent is affected when a unit is vacant during the First of Month Billing Cycle, when adjustments are made using an income code set up as Potential = Y and Receivable = Y (assumed to be a proration), and when the amounts using an income set up as Receivable = N (assumed to be a concession) exist.

Caption

Lists unit colors such as the color of the carpet, appliances, other and floor.

Maintenance

If applicable, identifies dated when any of the items under Caption were replaced, painted, made ready, or completed.

Amenities

If applicable, identifies amenities by code listed for each unit; pulled from the Amenities Tab. For instance, FIR for Fireplace.

ClosedTo Display the Unit List

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Unit List.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

ClosedEffect of Permissions

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
