Unit Default Charges List

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Setup Reports—Unit Default Charges List

The Unit Default ChargesList shows a listing of default income codes and their charges for the currently selected property; sorted by property and unit number.

ClosedReport Details

Unit

The unit number. Unit numbers are established on the Units Tab.  For instance, A101.

Income Code

The income code set as the default. Default income codes are established on the Units Setup Charges Tab.

Amount

The amount defined as the default to bill for the associated income code; pulled from the Units Setup Charges Tab.

ClosedTo Display the Unit Default Charges List

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Unit Default Charges List.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

ClosedEffect of Permissions

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
