To Delete a Memo

You can delete a memo from the following forms:

Setup—Properties Tab

Setup—Building Tab

Setup—Units Tab

Leasing—Guest Cards Tab

Leasing—Lease Changes—Lease Memos Tab

Lease Changes—Occupant Demographics Tab

1. Locate the grid containing the property, building, unit, resident, occupant, or guest for which you want to delete a memo.
2. Click the Memos link or button on the grid.
3. From the Memos grid, click the Delete icon for the memo you want to delete.
4. Click OK.
