Student Housing Trends Reports Overview
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Reports—Student
Housing Reports—Trends
Reports
The Forecasted Occupancy Report and Trend in Bedrooms
Report are generated from this tab. Student Housing Trend Reports are
specialized reports available for use with Student
Housing properties (property type 3—Student Housing).
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Forecasted Occupancy
Select this option to view or print the Forecasted
Occupancy report.
Trend in Bedrooms
Select this option to view or print the Trend
in Bedrooms report.
Semester
Use the drop-down box to select the semester to
include in the selected report.
To Display a Trend Reports
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Trend
Reports—Student
Housing Trends.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the report
you want to print:
- Forecasted
Occupancy Report
- Trend
in Bedrooms Report
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
