Marketing Sales Analysis
The Marketing Sales Analysis Report shows sales amounts in relation to a tenant's rent for commercial properties (the property type is 6-Standard Commercial). Tenants are sorted by sales category and suite number. In addition to the property total, a total by sales category is also provided. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Retail Reports—Marketing Sales Analysis.
Sales Analysis by Category
The Sales Analysis by Category Report shows, for commercial properties, year to date and current month sales comparisons to last year sales. Tenants are sorted by sales category and suite number. In addition to the property total, a total for each sales category is also provided. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Retail Reports—Sales Analysis by Category.
Sales Analysis by Floor by Category
The Sales Analysis by Floor by Category Report shows, for commercial properties, year to date and current month sales comparisons to last year sales. Tenants are sorted by sales category, then by floor and suite number. In addition to the property totals, totals for each sales category and floor are also provided. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Retail Reports—Sales Analysis by Floor by Category.
Sales Audit Report
The Sales Audit Report is used for validation purposes and designed to be run before the % Rent Billing process (Rebilling—Retail—% Rent Billing), which can only be run for the year defined in the % Rent Thru field. For commercial properties, this audit report lists the tenants’ Period Last Billed for the user to review to ensure that periods are not skipped during processing. The user can run the % Rent Billing process for the periods needed in order to update the tenant or go to the Tenant Retail setup record and manually change the Period Last Billed (Leasing—Lease Changes—Retail). Tenants are sorted by sales category and suite number. In addition to the property total, a total by sales category is also provided. The report prints for selected properties for current tenants—and previous tenants, if selected. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Retail Sales Audit Report.
Sales Detail History
The Sales Detail History Report is a detailed listing of reported sales, for commercial properties, for each tenant, building, or property during a specified range of periods. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Commercial Reports Only—Retail Reports—Sales Detail History.
Unreported Sales Report
The Unreported Sales Report lists tenants with missing sales reports sorted by Ranking Group. The required reporting periods are based on the Sales Beginning Date and the Reporting Frequency setup on the Retail Details Form. All missing sales reports through the properties Current Accounting Period are displayed. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports—Retail Reports—Unreported Sales Report.
YTD Tenant Sales
The YTD Tenant Sales Report lists all commercial tenants who reported sales amounts for percentage rent calculations and includes such detail as the tenant account number, name, sales type with description and reporting frequency. Also shown are current reported sales amounts, last year reported sales amounts, percentage increase or decrease, and sales per square foot in both the current period and year to date formats. This report is available from the eSite menu at Reports— Retail Reports—YTD Tenant Sales.
