Assurant Renters Insurance
This tab appears when you click the Insurance icon 
from the Insurance
Occupants List, accessed from Application/Move-In
or Lease Changes, and then
perform the following steps to complete an Assurant application:
- Click the Add
Insurance button.
- Select the Agency
code for Assurant: Assurant.
- Click the 3rd Party button. You will be redirected to the configured insurance website to process
renters insurance.
- Complete the page
on the ePremium website and then submit it.
NOTE that Assurant Renters Insurance is integrated into the system.
- The eDex Web service
imports the policy information that will appear in the Renters
Insurance tab and from the Lease Changes Renters
Insurance Policy link.
- Assurant renters
insurance can be required for move-in and renewal.
- When an insurance
is imported via eDex, in eSite the policy is then available to view on
the Renters Insurance Tab.
