Click to select properties from the Select
Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.
Summary List
Accept the marked default to print a summarized
version of the report. Or, click once inside the Detail
List radio button to print a detailed version.
Detail List
Accept the unmarked default to print a summarized
version of the report. Or, click once inside this radio button to print
a detailed version.
Summary
Item
The Rentable Item Type code. Rentable Item Types
are established on the Rentable Item
Types tabs. For instance, GAR.
Description
A brief description of the Rentable Item Type.
For instance, Garage Parking Space.
Count
Count of the Rentable Items listed for the Rentable
Item Type.
In-Use
The number of Rentable Items currently in-use.
Address
If applicable, the physical address where the
Rentable Item Type is located.
Detail
Item
The identifying The Rentable Item Type code. Rentable
Items are established on the Rentable
Item Types tabs. For instance, GAR.
Space
Identifying number used to track the rentable
Space (Item). For instance, G1 may be used to track a garage parking space.
This is the same as the Item Number that is established on the Rentable
Item grid.
Description
A brief description of the Rentable Item. For
instance, Garage 1. This is the Description that is established on the
Rentable Item grid.
Market Rate
The amount of market rent being charged to the
resident for leasing the Space (Item). This is the same as the Rate that
is established on the Rentable
Item grid.
Total spaces
Total number of Spaces (Items) that have been
set up for the Rentable Item Type.
Spaces are restricted to the following properties:
Provides Property ID and Property Name for the
properties that the Items are restricted to.
