Property Goals Overview

A Property Goal is a comparison tool that allows you to get a statistical overview of a property, do a quick review of trends, and target problem areas. Property Goals are used in conjunction with the Property Statistics option, which is found on the Inquiry menu. When Property Goals are set up, the system compares the goals with current property statistics to provide the overview.

The system displays data in red on your Property Statistics tab when the system detects a mismatch between your Property Goals and current property statistics. This color-coded displays is intended to help you quickly spot downhill trends and focus on trouble spots.
