Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Inquiry—Property Statistics

Use this tab to view property specific statistics at-a-glance. Details include leasing activity, recurring charge information, financial and deposit detail.

Fields

Leasing Activity

Lists the number of expected and completed move-ins and move-outs for the current period and selected property. Selecting the highlighted:

Move-In Number—prompts the display of actual move-ins.
Move-Out Number—prompts the display of actual move-outs.

Occupancy Percentages

Display Only. Identifies the number and percentage of units occupied and leased.

Unit Availability

Lists the total number of available units per Unit Type. Select the highlighted Available number to prompt all available units.

Recurring Charges (Current/ITV)

Lists each recurring charge by income code, amount and percentage of market rent. Select Amount to prompt a grid specific to the income code chosen. Example: If you select the recurring charge, CON (Concession), then a CON Grid displays with more concession detail.

Financials

Lists a brief description and dollar amounts for the following:

Market Rent
Total market rent for all units within the property.

Lease Charges
The sum of the current period lease charges for all residents. This is taken from the property's recurring charges for the current period.

Ending Balance
The total ending balance for all property residents.

Lost Rent
The current period vacancy total for each suite in the property.

Concessions
The current period sum of all concessions for each tenant in the property.

Gross Potential
The sum of all billings and adjustments to income codes having the following:

—The Potential flag checked

—The Receivable flag checked

—The GL period equal to the current accounting period

—The due date equal to the current accounting period

Select the highlighted Amount in the corresponding row to display additional detail. Example: To display a listing of all Market Rents by Suite, select the highlighted Market Rent Amount.

Deposits

Lists the total dollar amount allocated to the corresponding deposit description. Select Amount to prompt a grid specific to the deposit description chosen. Example: If you select the deposit description, Rent/Other Received then a Rent/Other Received Grid displays with more deposit detail.
