Market Rent Increase Report Tab

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Audit Reports—Market Rent Increase

The Market Rent Increases report lists all market rent increases. You can run this report for a specific time period, building range, and/or unit range.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.

From/Thru Date

Type the date or date range for which you want to print the report. Or, click the Calender icon calendar icon to select a date from a calendar.

From/To  Building

Type the building or building range for which you want to print the report. Or, click the Lookup icon to select a building from a list.

From/To Unit

Type the unit or unit range for which you want to print the report. Or, click the Lookup icon to select a unit from a list.

Cancel

Click to cancel without saving changes.

Display

Click to print the report based on the criteria you entered.

ClosedReport Details

Unit  

The Unit ID.

Change Date

The date on which the market rent change took effect.

Old Market Rent

The market rent before the change.

New Market Rent

The new market rent.

Net Change

The difference between the market rent amounts (Old Market Rent - New Market Rent = Net Change).

% Change

The increase as a percentage of the old market rent.

ClosedTo Display the Market Rent Increase Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Audit Reports—Market Rent Increase.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. To filter the report by date, in the From/Thru Date fields, type the date or date range. Or, click the Calender icon calendar icon to select a date from a calendar.
  4. To run the report for a particular building or range of building numbers, in the From/To Building fields, type the building or building number range. Or, click the Lookup icon to select a building from a list.
  5. To run the report for a particular unit or range of unit numbers, in the From/To Unit fields, type the unit or unit range. Or, click the Lookup icon to select a unit from a list.
  6. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  7. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
