Manufactured Housing Overview

This section of Help provides an explanation for the items that change in the default system when you select the property type, 2-Manufactured Housing.

Manufactured Housing consists of pre-fabricated, modular, or mobile homes that are built in a factory-controlled environment and intended for easy relocation. These types are generally found on one of two types of sites: private property, or residential land-lease communities.

eSite operates as a manufactured housing property management system when the property type is set to 2-Manufactured Housing on the Properties Tab.

ClosedChanging the Property Type

Changing the property type to anything other than type 2-Manufactured Housing causes the system to do one of two things depending on the option selected:

1) clear the Leasing History Addenda Memo Form field, or

2) change the Leasing History Addenda Memo Form field.

No existing memo forms, user tables, captured memo data or Leasing History Addenda data is deleted when you change the property type.
