        Maintenance Tools and Tasks
        There are several ways you can complete the necessary maintenance. You 
 can:
        
            - Perform some functions 
 manually with SQL Enterprise Manager.
- Automate some tasks 
 by setting them up with the Database Maintenance Plan Wizard in SQL Enterprise 
 Manager.
- Set up and using 
 the eSite Tuneup Utility that is distributed on your AMSI Evolution 
 Suite.
- Set up SQL Agent 
 jobs.
- Set up AT scheduled 
 jobs.
Certain maintenance tasks can be performed weekly, but others should 
 be performed more often. 
        Daily Maintenance Tasks
        
            - Daily (or nightly, 
 depending on how your business is set up) maintenance tasks include:
- Re-indexing the database
- Backing up the database
Weekly Maintenance Tasks
        
            - A weekly maintenance 
 plan may include such activities as:
- Re-indexing the database
- Backing up the database
- Clearing all Temp 
 tables
- Clearing out old 
 Letters or Output files (.BAK, .DAT and .HTML files)
- Clearing the SessionState 
 table from EvolutionConfig
