Guest Card Action Codes Overview

A Guest Card Action Code is a user-defined code created for use on a Guest Card. It is a code that you create to label an actual or potential action that can be associated with a prospective resident.

For example, a Guest Card Action Code could be Entered an Application or Just Looking

Guest Card Action Codes that you set up appear in the Action Taken drop-down list on Guest Cards; i.e., the user who completes the Guest Card selects an Action Code on the Guest Card to indicate:

The Guest Card Action Codes you define should apply directly to your property and the type of traffic you expect to encounter.

Setting up Guest Card Action Codes is optional.

To require the selection of a Guest Card Action (in the Action Taken drop-down box) on a Guest Card, the following policy must be selected.
