The Community List provides a listing of community codes
that have been set up for use with
Guest Cards.
Report Details
Information on the report comes from Communities
setup.
Community Code
The code used to identify the search topic. For
instance, COMP.
Description
A brief description of the search topic. For example,
Competitor Community.
To Display the Community List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup Reports—Community
List.
- Select a report printing
option: Acrobat Reader (default),
Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display.
If you selected to print the report in Excel, then you are prompted to
open or save the Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred
format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access the Community Codes List menu item.
