Export Utility Billing Tab
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Data Transfer—Export
Utility Billing
Use Export Utility Billing to
create the export utility billing export file. This is a comma-delimited
ASCII file containing lease information suitable for importing by utility
billing companies.
Fields
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field or selection.
Run As Of *
The date defaults to the current system date.
If necessary, type another date to run the process as of (mm/dd/yyyy).
Or, use the Calendar Button to select
the as of date.
Email To
Type the e-mail address of the person who should
receive the utility export file. When the file is exported, eSite sends
an e-mail message with the export file attached to this address.
To Export Utility Billing
- From the eSite menu,
select Processing—Select Properties.
- Select the check
box for each property you want to include in the export file and click
Save.
- From the eSite menu,
select Data Transfer—Export Utility Billing.
- In the Run
as of field, type the first date to begin including resident data.
All data that occurred as of that date will be included in the export
file.
- In the Email
To field, type the e-mail address where you want the output file
to be sent.
- Click Export.
