        Creating the Export File
Through the use of the Export Utility Billing option,
eSite generates a process that creates an output file containing resident
specific data used for importing into the utility company's database.
When this process is run, eSite creates an output file and places it in
the C:\eSite\Output directory and emails the output file to an address
 you specify for real-time delivery.

The email message is generated as part of the export
process. Each time Export Utility Billing is
run and an email address is entered in the Email To
field, eSite creates an email message with the subject line, Utility
Billing Extract, with text indicating when the file was created
and the property or properties that it includes.
