Standard File Format
The Export Utility Billing creates a text file in the format selected with the Export utility billing file format global policy on the Inter Property, Additional Tab. (Refer to the Export Utility Billing Tab.)
The following comma-delimited file layouts are available:

The total square footage for the unit (for example, "850"). |

Lease Start Date |
The original Lease Begins date (for example, "12/15/08"). Or, the current Lease Begins date for a first-time lease. |

Move In Date |
The lease Move-in date (for example, "12/15/08"). |
|
Move Out Date |
The lease Move-out date (for example, "12/15/09"). |
|
Lease Renewal Date |
The Begins Date for the Current Lease. This is blank for a first-time lease. |
|
Service Identifier |
U for Unknown |
