The building ID or number. Buildings are established on the Building Tab. For instance, 01.

Description

A brief description of the building; pulled from the Building Tab. For instance, ABC Apartments East Building.

Sq. Ft.

Count of useable square footage listed per building; pulled from the Building Tab.

# of Apts

Total count of units within building; pulled from the Building Tab.

This list provides report details for commercial properties only (property type 6-Standard Commercial).

Building

The number used to identify the building. For instance, 01.

Description

A descriptive name or description of the building. For instance, Building One.

Entered

# of Suites

The number of suites for a building as entered during Suite Setup.

Useable Sq. Ft

The amount of Useable square feet within this building as entered during Suite Setup.

Rentable Sq. Ft.

The amount of Rentable square feet within this building as entered during Suite Setup.

Leasable Sq. Ft.

The amount of Leasable square feet within this building as entered during Suite Setup.

Defined Use Sq. Ft.

The amount of Defined Use square feet within this building as entered during Suite Setup.

Calculated

# of Suites

The number of suites for a building as calculated by the system.

Useable Sq.Ft.

The calculated Useable square feet within this building. This number is calculated as the Sum of Available Usable divided by Property Usable, stated on the Space Availability Report.

Rentable Sq.Ft.

The calculated Rentable square feet within this building. This number is calculated as the Sum of Available Rentable divided by Property Rentable, stated on the Space Availability Report.

Leasable Sq. Ft.

The calculated Leasable square feet within this building. This number is calculated as the Sum of Available Leasable divided by Property Available, stated on the Space Availability Report.

Defined Use Sq. Ft.

The calculated Defined Use square feet within this building.

Prop Total

Property totals are listed for each Entered and Calculated column.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Building List.
2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
