To Set up Tenant Recoveries
- From the eSite menu,
select Leasing—Lease Changes—(select
a tenant)—Recoveries and then
click Add Recovery.
Note
The Recoveries link is available only for commercial
properties and only if the Use Recoveries policy is selected on the Setup—Policies—Global Policies—Inter
Property Addl tab.
- Complete the fields
on the Fee Definition Tab.
- Complete the fields
on the Formula tab.
- Complete the fields
on the Exp Accounts tab.
- Click Save.
