Transaction Inquiry - Select Resident

This selection grid appears when Transaction Inquiry is selected from the Inquiry menu.

eSite—Inquiry—Transaction Inquiry

Selections appearing on this grid are established during Resident Setup and include residents with a Current, Leased, Transfer In or Transfer Out status.

Procedure

ClosedTo Select a Resident

  1. Make these selections from the eSite menu: Inquiry, Transaction Inquiry. This grid appears.
  2. Select a resident to work with using the search options available, and then select the link for the Last Name. The Resident Transaction Inquiry Details Tab appears.
  3. Complete the tab. For help, refer to the field list on that tab.
