Standard and Annualized prorate methods do not apply 
 to mid-month renewals. Instead, these renewals are based on a daily rate 
 to ensure the proper renewal amount is being charged.
        
            Prorate Type
            Display only. Identifies the prorate type selected. 
 
            Mid-Month Renew Date
            Enter the mid-month renewal date or click the 
 Calendar Button to display an on-screen calendar. 
            Default: Log In Date
            12 Month Lease
            Current Lease Charge
            Enter the rent amount of the resident's current 
 lease or click the Calculator button to display 
 an on-screen calculator. 
            New Lease Charge
            Enter the rent amount of the resident's new lease 
 or click the Calculator button to display an 
 on-screen calculator.
            Renew FFP Begins
            The date the renewal first full period begins. 
 Accept the default date or edit by typing in a different date. Or click 
 the Calendar button to display an electronic 
 calendar from which you can select a date.
            Default: The first day of the month following 
 the renewal date entered in the Mid-Month Renew Date field. 
            Frequency
            The frequency in which this amount should be charged. 
 Accept the default, or click the drop-down to select a different billing 
 frequency.
            Default: Monthly
            Current Lease Prorate
            The prorated amount of rent charged for the current 
 lease based on the renewal date entered in the Mid-Month Renew Date field. 
 The system calculates this amount from the first day within that month, 
 through the day before the renewal date. 
            New Lease Prorate
            The prorated amount of rent charged for the new 
 lease based on the renewals date entered in the Mid-Month Renew Date field. 
 The system calculates this amount from the renewal date, through the day 
 before the date entered in the Renew FFP Begins field. 
            Payment Amount
            The sum of the charges specified in the Current 
 Lease Prorate and New Lease Prorate amounts.
            Totals
            Total amounts are listed for Current Lease Charge, 
 New Lease Charge, Current Prorate, New Prorate and Payment Amount. These 
 amounts are calculated as the sum of all recurring charges for each instance. 
 
            6 Month Lease
            Current Lease Charge
