Occupancy Unit Analysis Report—Corporate
Client/National Tenant
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
Reports—Corporate
Client Reports—Occupancy
Unit Analysis
This report is designed for
use by properties with a property type of 4-Corporate Housing. The report
data includes leases and units based on property selection, calendar month
and specified criteria.
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
All
Select the radio button to include data for all
corporate housing properties within your selected database.
Current
Select the radio button to include data for only
the currently selected corporate housing property.
Report Details
Property
The property ID. For instance, BAY.
Bldg
The building number.
Apt
The apartment number.
Resi
The resident ID.
First Name
The first name of the primary resident listed
on the lease agreement.
Last Name
The last name of the primary resident listed on
the lease agreement.
Move In Date
The date the resident moved into the unit.
Move Out Date
The date the resident moved out of the unit.
Additional Information
For Move Ins
The primary resident name and move in date print.
For Move Outs
The primary resident name, move in and move out
dates print.
For Occupied Units
The primary resident name and move in date print.
For Vacant Units
The word Vacant is printed in the First Name column.
To Display the Occupancy Unit Analysis Report
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Corporate
Clients Reports—Occupancy
Unit Analysis.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Note
This menu item name is based on the User
Corporate Clients/National Tenants Name value on the global policies Names tab.
For example, if the value is "National Tenants," the name of
this menu item is "National Tenants." The default is Corporate
Client.
