Spreadsheet
The Occupancy Spreadsheet Report
generates a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel that includes selected residents
and their recurring charges for the current property selection only. Data
includes the property name, unit, size, resident, move in, intent to vacate
and move-out dates along with any income code tied to active recurring
charges.
As a prerequisite to running this report, certain setup
requirements must be met. Refer to Corporate Housing Concepts and Processes,
and select Occupancy
Spreadsheet Report.

Header Information
<ReportTitle>
The standard report name. For instance, Corporate
Occupancy Spreadsheet.
<CorpPropName>
The name of the corporate housing property. For
instance, ABC Corporate Housing Property.
<AsOfDate>
The report selection date or the date the report
was run as of listed in the format mm/dd/yyyy.
Columns A–H
Column A—Property
The property name. For instance, ABC Property.
This column label can be customized.
Column B—Building
The building number. For instance, 01. This column
label can be customized.
Column C—Unit
The unit number. For instance A101.This column
label can be customized.
Column D—Size
The unit size; how many bedrooms/baths. For instance,
1B/1B may be listed to indicate a one bedroom, one bath unit. This column
label can be customized.
Column E—Resident
The resident name listed as last name, first name.
For instance, Smith, Sally. This column label can be customized.
Column F—Move-In
If applicable, the date the resident moved into
the unit listed in the format mm/dd/yyyy. For instance, 04/15/2006. This
column label can be customized.
Column G—ITV
Date
If applicable, the date the resident submitted
their intent to vacate listed in the format mm/dd/yyyy. For instance,
04/01/2006. This column label can be customized.
Column H—Move-Out
If applicable, the date the resident moved out
of the unit listed in the format mm/dd/yyyy. For instance, 04/30/2006.
This column label can be customized.
To Display the Occupancy Spreadsheet Report
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Corporate
Clients Reports—Occupancy
Spreadsheet.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Note
This menu item name is based on the User
Corporate Clients/National Tenants Name value on the global policies Names tab.
For example, if the value is "National Tenants," the name of
this menu item is "National Tenants." The default is Corporate
Client.
